Good after-sales service, they helped me finalize the configuration of the alarm system. It's easier when you live on-site. After 5 months of use, my installation works wonderfully, except that sometimes my remote control has false contacts. Probably due to the battery moving inside its housing, just need to secure it with silicone.

After 2 months of use, the product is compliant and satisfactory. It remains to be seen if its durability is superior to the gadget products from GMS and justifies the price difference.

Good product overall, a few small bugs from time to time, especially for triggering or deactivating with the remote control, but it does the job because of the high sensitivity of the motion detector and quite loud ringing. Site with a lot of choices and attentive customer service, good advice, very friendly and nice staff. I recommend

Very good material, a bit complicated to initialize, but the problem may come from Orange (multi sim card), but with the help of your advisors, it was able to do it! This is the 2nd one we buy in 1 month, so we are satisfied. Let's see in the long run.

SINCE THE HOSTING SITE BURNED, navigation is more complicated and the 'search' window is no longer operational, so you have to scroll through all the proposed kits to choose the one you need

Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)
Hello, In 9 out of 10 cases, the problem you are experiencing is related to the PIN code that has not been removed from the SIM card, as explained in the manual. All these devices are tested before being shipped, so it is very rare for the product to suffer a defect afterwards. Please feel free to contact us again if the problem did not come from there. Best regards, Christopher / securitemarche.fr

I ordered the same product three times, two years ago, last year and this year. The ringtones from last year and two years ago are of better quality (sounds) than this year's.

It is not always easy to navigate between the sections to find the desired item. But once that is done, everything becomes simpler.

The order, delivery, and commissioning everything is perfect. The only regret I have, and it is important, is that the cell has too narrow an angle. I would have preferred it to have an angle of 180 degrees to cover a wider area.
