Customer reviews of Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)

Bought an agricultural siren/chime worth €300 that I only activate at night. Result = 2 breakdowns in 9 months

Excellent customer service!

Through its representative, Ultra Secure is a dynamic, competent, and responsive company. The products offered are well made and technologically advanced. For now, we are very satisfied with our purchase. If the product's longevity justifies its rather high price, we will consider it an investment.

Easy to contact the company. Fast execution.

I did not receive my package. It was supposed to be available at the pickup point until July 18 but it was returned to you on July 16. We came to pick it up on the 17th but it was already too late... what do we do?

Very satisfied with the solution for now. The technical and commercial support is also very effective and competent

the only problem is condensation in the outdoor detector after two years,

I am satisfied with my first order and the very friendly delivery person.

very fast between order and delivery

good product

I bought detectors for the doors. Unfortunately, the internal magnets are too long compared to the previous ones and the supports need to be shifted. Too bad it's really not aesthetic. It still works. Eric lepelletier

Hello product, fast delivery

Fully satisfied with the delivery time, installation, and commissioning of the intercom without any issues, clear instructions. Correct operation, despite the thuja hedge and a distance of 30 m.

Very good product and the shipping is super fast, I recommend you thanks to the whole team. Philo

Order placed on a Saturday, arrived at the relay on Wednesday: impeccable. I pick up the package, unfortunately, one item is missing. Darn, but "no worries", this can happen anyway. Without further ado, as they say, on Saturday, I send a calm email to the merchant explaining the situation. The response is prompt. Ring (?), I didn't expect it, I receive a phone call on Monday morning and there, well, busy, I don't take the call. A message left on the answering machine invites me to call back. I quickly comply. Twice ring and my interlocutor answers. Yes of course, I am the one who contacted you earlier. Hop, 2 or 3 questions to try to explain what, an oversight, certainly. Me, once again, I tell myself that this happens. The exchange is great. Sir, we do not know each other but you have been wonderful in listening, politeness, and kindness on this July 13, 2026, at 9:46 AM. "We are sorry" he tells me. "No worries" I reply, "there are more serious things in life", really. 3 days later, the package has crossed France and is waiting for me at the relay point. Complete order and there I think yes, top service 5 stars, so well done and thank you.

Very nice team.

Intercom that works perfectly. Easy to install. For our part, we only use batteries because the distance to our house is short. We'll see over time, but for now we are satisfied.

Always on top for both advice and delivery, I recommend Serious Box
