Having encountered difficulties (coming from me) to place an order via the Securitemarche website, I am particularly satisfied with the perfect quality of service I received in handling my requests by email.

I returned the package, I am now waiting for your refund. I couldn't get it to work with my control panel. I called you to explain everything. But you are not to blame.

Questions by email, replied within 24 working hours, very clear information, good advice. Fast delivery with all the equipment pre-paired and configured including partial arming. Perfect for securing my woodworking workshop. Probably one of the best business relationships with an unknown supplier for a very long time. Well done. Everything installed for about 15 days except the 60m barriers, I can't get them aligned. I know how to complain, but here, I can't find anything to criticize
