Very helpful, knowledgable and professional company - I had a bit of trouble setting up my alarm system, they bent over backwards to help me - nothing was too much trouble, they even replaced the alarm system just to make sure that I got a working one. It works 100%, and they are always at the end of a phone if you need further assistance. I have purchased accesories to my system from them again.

Sorry for the inconvenience encountered. Despite the tests carried out before shipment, it is possible that a product is defective (it remains electronics) but of course under warranty and therefore the item will be replaced if necessary.
However, I assure you, it is much more often a simple installation problem that can potentially be resolved directly by phone.
I cannot find any exchange with our services to solve the problem (neither email nor call), have you tried to contact us? Obviously, without that, we cannot help you. My technician colleagues can assist you at 09 72 30 88 88 from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm (non-premium rate number) at your convenience, do not hesitate!
Remaining personally at your disposal if necessary.
