Equipment is described well, delivery was very quick, alarm kit worked straight out of box, easy to install, seems as good if not better quality than the big name stuff so what's not to like?!

VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE PRODUCT AND SERVICE FROM THESE GUYS AFTER A SPATE OF BURGLARY'S AT MY LOCK UPS THIS OFF GRID ALARM MAKES ME SLEEP BETTER AT NIGHT KNOWING MY VALUABLES ARE ALARMED, AND IT WILL CALL NOT ONLY MY PHONE BUT ANOTHER TWO PHONE NUMBERS THE SET UP WAS SO EASY WHO EVER MADE THIS SHOULD BE VERY HAPPY WITH THEM SELVES.

Ordering process was easy and the delivery promised next day was on time. the item came well packed and padded to avoid damage during transit by the courier. Inspection of the item showed all the parts were there the post no damage and was in working order, but has yet to be fitted. Would I use Ultrasecuredirect again - Yes. definitely.

excellent service, received items next day even though we ordered after the cutoff. Product is good and is the only one in the low price range, the other units we ordered from elsewhere were 2 and a half times the price. It does show that they are cheaper but they are still of good quality.
