Dear Stephen
Sorry you do not like this Padlock, we have sold many over the last few years, with no negative feedback until now. We do have our 30 day money back guarantee to protect customers in cases like this, as we appreciate you cannot always get a feel for a product from looking at a Photo, but we always do our best to give full and honest descriptions on all of our listings. Please feel free to return it within the 30 days for a full refund or exchange for another product.

The item ordered has solved all our problems of not being able to hear our front door being opened. We now have a fully functioning door chime that works all the time. Thanks!

Helpful staff to advise me on the best product. Good delivery. Product works well. The small screws supplied to fit the units to the brackets were poor quality and the heads rounded out, so you may need to source replacement screws

Well laid out web site, clear and easy to use. Placed an order and it arrived in a couple of days, well packed and clearly labeled. I haven't fitted the product yet but the installation instructions seem clear. There was an issue with the padlock provided so I left a message on their chat line and voicemail and someone rang me back later. Turns out it was an incorrect size padlock, apologies made and accepted, another one was quickly sent to me. Good service. Thank you

Extremely happy with the product. My only comment would be that the instructions need to be a little simpler (eg you must register the sim card before it will call you) for idiots!

Excellent service, had a query regarding setting up and they led me through it over the phone, and explained something that was not in the instructions - but to my advantage. Have no hesitation in recommending UltraSecure as a company that I will do business with in the future.

Bought 2500 with one detector several years ago still working well, added second detector and now added two more. As our drive has Cornish hedges both sides I stuck camo tape around the first one it blends into the hedge but still works brilliantly. Great security around our farm yard and several hundred meters up the drive. John

I am fully satisfied with the advice before my order, the follow-up of it, and the advice received after delivery, a small problem with a door opening sensor replaced immediately confirmed to me the follow-up of their after-sales service. Thank you for your seriousness, keep it up, I recommend you to my circle.
