I bought a battery-operated security system and it's really not good, it says 130 decibels and frankly it's very far off. It was a purchase for a test before buying something more efficient. Result, you stole 150 euros from me. I will look elsewhere for the future. It's crap to be polite. I will tell my friends to avoid you.

The package did not match the description. The purchased product did not work and the contacted technician was unable to clearly address the problem. He only suggested exchanging it for a much more expensive product and assured me that it would work. In short, I dealt with an incompetent.
