My order arrived very quickly. It was easy to install, with clear instructions. It is thus far apparently working perfectly. It was bought to replace a similar product, made by the same company, and bought through the same outlet, which must now be over 15 years old. Although still working this had become a little temperamental. Hoping the replacement lasts as long! So far so good but the old one survived outside even The Beast from the East...fingers crossed then

Each time I was able to quickly reach a real person on the line and not one of those stupid robots. I got the information I needed after the representative took the time to listen to my question and understand my problem. The material was delivered quickly. Easy to implement, it performs its role perfectly. It has already warned me of a power outage and the movement of a gecko in the room. For the gecko, I could have done without it, but it shows that the material is sensitive and effective for a good quality-price ratio.
