The device purchased in November 2025 was fine until it got wet and I sent it back for exchange, top-notch technical service and quick return

... I chose the range that fit my budget... I haven't put it into service yet, and I'm only now wondering if it's just a "volumetric" alarm... and where I should position it in a space of 400 m3, garage/workshop in an old tobacco drying shed... still occasionally frequented by "some pigeons"...? ! ? Best regards, J. Borner

The advice is perfect, the delivery speed is too. Easy to install products. Only small downside is the sound quality on the chimes :)

Very disappointed with the tar-coated anchor system. Anchors that do not hold properly, move and do not work... Had to take something else

The solar motion detector models and owl chime receivers have changed since 2023. No information on this subject on the site. A small compatibility table with the old models would be welcome for those who are upgrading their installation or who want to replace one of the elements.

Correct and fast delivery. However, I received the alarm bracelet apparently with very weak batteries, so I have to buy new batteries.

Phone contact, very satisfactory reception of the combined completely correct. However, in the letter I just received about my evaluation, I am called "LACHEZE". I hate being called by my name alone!

Hello. Your alarms are very good except for the battery life. Don't hesitate to review your boxes to accommodate LR20 batteries ensuring a much longer battery life.

Nothing works, I called the indicated number, >>> nothing, no one to talk to. The doorbell button does not connect to the receiver. I disassembled the doorbell and put the battery in the other way > nothing. No polarity indication on the battery either.

I wanted an ultrapir, but you removed it from the catalog. I mistakenly bought the ultra secure which looks like it. I returned it, and I am waiting to be refunded.
