Very reactive customer service, following a problem with an external siren, I sent an email, and I was called back the very next day. After a free return of my defective siren for diagnosis, as it was not repairable, I received a new siren very quickly.

Hello, I am very satisfied with your team! Moreover, great equipment! The only small downside might be the cable to recharge the siren in 12 volts, the transformer/socket plug in 220v was missing. Thank you again for everything! I will surely order an additional remote control soon...

Nothing works, I called the indicated number, >>> nothing, no one to talk to. The doorbell button does not connect to the receiver. I disassembled the doorbell and put the battery in the other way > nothing. No polarity indication on the battery either.
