Excellent in every way! ....good phone availability....fast precise etc... Just to say something: too bad that technically there is no relay contact to make an external visible witness of the alarm's arming....(however, potential buyers can rest assured: there are relay outputs for other orders for spots, locks or additional sirens without any problem... these alarms are excellent in that they do not trigger unnecessarily for a passing cat or falling dead leaves..... Easy to use cameras. Even camera at shed 60 ft away from the router .Only thing I did not understand was that each camera needs a power supply so need to think about outside power (2mtr max to power point)

Very surprised by this review left, the remote control of this device was completely redesigned about 2 years ago and we have very few issues with the new sturdier model (we distribute about 10,000 units per year...).

Do not hesitate to contact us directly so that we can try to provide you with solutions, perhaps yours has a design defect? Of course, this is covered by warranty.
