Hello, We actually attach several copies of invoices and export documents to the package, without this, they cannot be exported. An oversight perhaps? Normally the package should have been returned to us in this case. In any case, please excuse us for the inconvenience if this procedure was not followed, I imagine that from your side at the import level it would not have been easy without these documents.
