The gate alarm which we bought does its job, but we did not appreciate that there was no control over the volume also no choice over the actual ringtone. Our fault we should not have assumed that it was similar to our last one.

Thank you for the comments, I assume you know you can move the side slide switch to Alert or Beep which gives you a slight variation in the sound, we find the Beep setting helps to hear it from further away. We do have other models which have volume control which we could upgrade you to if it helps, but they do unfortunately cost more.
Give us a call on 01604 589414 if you want to consider upgrading the system.

Sorry for this inconvenience. The volume of a siren is quite subjective, some customers (most even on this reference) find it sounds quite loud, others do not. However, please know that we are at your disposal to find other solutions if this one does not suit you. In particular, in this range, the possibility of adding several sirens if you want a more 'scattered' and therefore louder sound.
The most important thing is to know that we never abandon a customer and seek all possible solutions to the requested need.

First of all, I had purchased an alarm that was supposed to work with my orange box but unfortunately the alarm did not work with this particular type of box.

After installation, the alarm works perfectly and meets my primary need which was to have the ability to trigger an alert in case of difficulty for an elderly person.

I received my order quickly and proceeded with the installation without difficulties, thanks to the easy-to-understand instructions and moreover the remote controls were delivered already programmed...simple therefore!
I plan to extend my installation to other annexes of my house with this French brand made in France...a plus for any potential assistance needs..!
