Good

Very well organized site, orders shipped very quickly, perfect packaging and installation advice. Great, to recommend.

I would recommend the site
but the ads "banners" on other sites resulting from a visit to your site are a bit heavy
thank you and see you soon

In line with expectations.

Impeccable delivery, product of average quality but meeting our expectations: removable alarm that we only set when we are absent from the reception desk.

Simple and effective
Easy to use product

Good device. Excellent value for money.

Order and deadlines compliant with our expectations. Very good

As always at the "TOP".
Always someone to advise you if needed either by phone or email, good quality material for a more than reasonable price and I’m not talking about the delivery time, always amazed, no more than 4 hours after ordering.
Site to be known around.

I am satisfied these alarms perfectly meet my expectations
Bravo to the manufacturer

Very good and nice on the phone

The purchased item was exactly as indicated and was delivered on time

No problems

Service good. Lock shackle advertised as 7mm diameter actual size approx.10mm. This caused me a problem as the shackle would not fit through the chain link I had.

Couldn't fit the alarms straight away so needed a bit of help some time after the purchase. Very helpful advice and very quick delivery of the charger unit. Alarms now all fitted and working very well. Extremely helpful company.

Top quality products, a very good company to deal with. I have had quite a lot of dealings with this firm and have always been very satisfied.
Many thanks to all

French reseller who understood the importance of telephone support for the distribution of its products (No 'impossible to reach' hotline and no premium rate number like so many others ...!!!...). After 3 phone calls for information with competent staff who take their time for explanations, I decided to buy an alarm system from them. Package received express (fixed telephone transmitter central, battery siren, indoor motion detectors, and remote control). Installation very easy (as the equipment was configured by their technicians before sending the package) and the system is quite simple to use as long as you read the user manual carefully (in French). The only complaint I could make would be precisely this user manual which is written very small. I had to enlarge it at the photocopier to read it more comfortably. But at least they had the good idea and took the time to translate the product notice into English (which is also delivered). Regarding the alarm system, I especially like: 1) the ability to control it with a simple remote control with only 4 buttons. I specify that we also have the option to choose the mode directly on the fixed central. 2) the power of the sirens. When a detector is triggered, the central sounds loudly (emitting red flashes) as well as the battery siren (in the shape of a large red shield ... which emits blue light flashes). When both start to scream, it pierces your eardrums ... And if someone wants to tear the central or the battery siren off the wall, everything also triggers. 3) the ability to be alerted of the system's triggering in case of absence by phone call on my smartphone. I will therefore continue with SecuriteMarche.fr to improve my installation.

Well actually the items do not work correctly but I am receiving good service and all will be resolved.
