Super fast delivery!! Although there was a fault with the push button, this was quickly diagnosed with help from the Technical team and a replacement part sent out within 24hours. Great product and great customer service!!

Excellent fast service

Works very well. Just the walkie-talkie mode is very confusing for an elderly person, as the handset looks like a mobile phone with two buttons (pick up/hang up). You have to pick up and then press the side button to talk. Not intuitive for an elderly person (not full duplex communication).

Studied the website but had a few queries about fixing , gave them a call and a gentleman gave me the pros and cons of different methods and reasons for each. Sound and helpful information from a true professional. Fast delivery as promised , packaged well , product as described and of good quality. Would highly recommend.

It came quickly with no issues on standard delivery. Product is exactly as listed, haven't installed it yet but it came with instructions which is a bonus.

After some research about security telescopic posts I found UltraSecure. The stainless steel post was an important factor for me along with its visible size when exposed. I order two for my needs. Very easy website to navigate and place the order, in my case with matching keys. My order was dealt with very quickly with the two packages received in two days. Both packages had good protection and arrived without damage or issue. The installation instructions are clear and simple to understand complete with advice and warnings about utility services. I followed the instructions to check the functionality of the posts and found no issue, I am at present waiting for the weather to clear so the posts can be installed.
Looking forward to completing the project and securing my new car.

The site is good! But I haven't managed to activate the bracelet with the SIM card yet, even though it is unlocked and inserted. I can't therefore give my opinion on the product, but the site is good and fast in shipping.
