Impeccable package, easy to use. Perfect phone reception. Self-adhesive labels are not great as they need to be applied from the inside and I worry about the caravan windows which are plexiglass. Risk of amalgamation with heat. So disappointed on that side. We are looking for other labels, so not cool.

All steps were correct. A few small problems during commissioning and the batteries were already announced as weak. Satisfactory set.

Very good camera. I am satisfied. However, a bit expensive but the technology works well under 4G and is fully autonomous.

Very good but... stickers indicating house under alarm would be welcome, as well as a third remote control, important for large families! Otherwise, excellent reception and follow-up of the order.

The answers to my questions do not take long to arrive. I bought 2 cameras, I had problems, notably one that no longer worked, and they quickly took the necessary steps. They didn't make up stories like some sites do. It's not just about selling products; there needs to be after-sales service, and they have a very, very good customer service!! Thank you to this team, especially Technician Michael for his professionalism.
