I just have a downside on the quality and responsiveness of the remotes. I have already changed the battery to see if it would reduce the little responsiveness (sometimes you have to press many times to arm or disarm the alarm.

The camera is used for contact with an elderly person in case phone calls are not possible, this is very useful and avoids certain trips.

Overall good. A lot of things that can confuse us at first glance, but it's well organized. The function of the different elements is not always obvious

Good choice of equipment (in my case an alarm with temperature and power alert), fast delivery with pre-configured material, and very good responsiveness from the after-sales service when requesting information. Very positive experience.
