The quality seems to be up to par, we will see over time. The outdoor unit seems very solid, well waterproof? We will see the state of oxidation of the battery contacts in a few years. The interior command is simple and practical, although a bit light for my taste. I was worried about the range because the unit is behind a huge wall 80 cm thick and 3m high, and despite that, it works impeccably at the back of the garden 300m away. Moreover, it is expandable, you can add a unit or interior commands. With the command in your pocket, you can no longer miss the postman or a call, now it is in my pocket whenever I go to the garden.

You should definitely refuse the package if it is in too bad a condition (although the products inside are also protected, so it is very rare for there to be actual breakage).
