The company responded rapidly in sending out a new remote for my shed alarm and it now works as it should. Slightly disappointed that it's the third remote I've needed

Very easy to deal with, if you have any questions about what you need the staff are always ready to help, even by the old fashioned way, by phone, speaking to a real person here in the UK. Fantastic!

I purchased an alarm to go inside my beach hut which would contact my mobile when activated. Easy to install and does exactly what it said it would do. Excellent before and after sales service.

We purchased an infra red battery operated wireless security sensor to monitor traffic entering our property. It arrived safely and well packaged. We were not in when it was delivered but organised, via the website, to have the parcel left in our porch, which is where we found it.
Very easy to use and would definitely recommend.
