It was at La Poste that things went wrong. Even if you are in Corsica, the delay should have been 3-4 days maximum, but it took 7 days to be delivered (message on the tracking: 'Your package cannot be delivered today, access to the delivery address being impossible. It will be re-delivered as soon as possible.'). Who knows. Unfortunately, even though we try to work as quickly as possible, we are necessarily tied to this carrier delay that we cannot control. Thank you for the comments, I assume you know you can move the side slide switch to Alert or Beep which gives you a slight variation in the sound, we find the Beep setting helps to hear it from further away. We do have other models which have volume control which we could upgrade you to if it helps, but they do unfortunately cost more.

Sorry for this inconvenience. The volume of a siren is quite subjective, some customers (most even on this reference) find it sounds quite loud, others do not. However, please know that we are at your disposal to find other solutions if this one does not suit you. In particular, in this range, the possibility of adding several sirens if you want a more 'scattered' and therefore louder sound.

1/ out of the two batteries provided, one was empty. It's not a big deal, that can happen

Regarding the battery, this is not normal, I will ask our workshop to contact you about this.
Regarding the button, did you receive, see, and read the instruction letter that is attached to this product?
It is explained that the second button must indeed be paired by you. This is completely normal (not at all a question of different frequency, I assure you). Why? Because, on this product, each time the battery is removed, the button must be paired again with the receiver-doorbell.
We test the material before shipping, so I have no doubt about its proper functioning (except in exceptional cases, covered by the warranty obviously).
To avoid any risk of triggers or leaks during transport, we remove the batteries from the products. Therefore, you simply need to proceed with the pairing during the setup (pressing 2 buttons simultaneously: the black button on the back of the doorbell, and the doorbell button).

The material I bought is used to protect the gate of a site that I monitor at night.. the material works quite well as soon as it is well adjusted manually. So I have to do between 4 to 5 tests between the sensor and the console 140 meters back and forth for 1 test. Otherwise, the sensors work very well the console in silent mode does not function, it remains in alarm position 3. That's why I put 4 stars out of 5.
