Good well built products and well packed

The product is fine. Your delivery service is not. Your couriers DPD failed to deliver twice despite the fact that I stayed home all day on both days when they said they would come. They simply didn't bother and made no effort to contact me. The only way I could get the item was to request a delivery to a local pickup point. Hopeless and useless. You should use another company.

It's works well, but to took a little while to sort it all out, I still don't know how to use the shield button or what it does. An instruction sheet would be very useful. Please let me know what the instructions are for the shield button and what it does?

All quite good, but I had to call them and ask where my parcel was, and was told that they were waiting for an item to come in to complete the order, personally, I think that they had missed my order, because the next day, I was informed that it had been posted, so why did they not inform me that they were waiting for an item, and there would have been no need to contact them.

Very helpful when I had a problem

On receipt of the order a part was missing. Ultra Secure were very apologetic and the missing part was delivered the next day. Very pleased with goods received.

dealing with UltraSecure is fine but the standard of the product has fallen .It could be that this product is now produced by a different manufacturer and there is no quality control. I say this as the unit I have just purchased sounds like a cat being strangled .

Serious company with excellent support and available advisors.
However, there is a lack of a customer area with order tracking and history; you place an order but without creating an account, which is surprising nowadays. But this does not prevent excellent tracking at the delivery level and ultra-fast delivery.
Regarding the equipment, I am talking about a specific range and do not question the quality of the other materials they sell. It concerns the Ultrapir range; remote control too sensitive (do not put it in your pocket) + poor contact at the battery level on some remotes + the supports for the detectors are of mediocre quality, unsuitable for the weight of the detector (too bad, this was already the case in 2016, during my previous order, and it has not been corrected). Otherwise, in terms of operation and detection, nothing to complain about, and that is the main thing.
But overall, it is a serious and trustworthy company that I highly recommend.

I bought a wireless autonomous infrared barrier, it still works after several months, a bit expensive for what it is, indeed the components and housings do not give a great feeling of quality, but as long as it works!

Fast delivery but very poorly packaged or the box arrived loose for the product I ordered, it's not a big deal hence one star less

Product matching the description, very reasonable price. However, the SIM card location is complicated to access and use, fragile design of the SIM holder.
Very good phone exchanges, technical support easy to reach, responsive and efficient.

Overall, rather satisfied with my order, delivery ok, correct product but it's a shame to have several types of batteries for each device. The presence detector takes too long to detect. The price is quite high

Good, but not easy to adjust. The supports are not suitable for all orientations.

Products easy to find on the site. Configuration on a case-by-case basis. Reactive customer service. A progress to be made is the remote control of the camping alarm which needs to be insisted upon to activate and deactivate. Customer service explained to me how to fix this small issue.

The item came with the wrong instructions. I've just put the item aside and let it. The ring alarm sounds so cheap.

Prompt delivery. We were sent a power adaptor with no plug. This was sorted out with only one call.
The product works as well as is states on the box

Help before I bought the product was superb. The product itself is fantastic and does what I hoped it woild do.
However the written instructions that came with it, could be improved. The writing was too small so very hard to read. Also there was a sheet wth another unrelated product that confused me.
I had a little trouble setting up the alarm and understanding it so phoned for help. The pjone wasn't answered and after a day or two I got a personal email with detailed instructions.which I followed successfully. I was hopo g for a phone call but it didn't happen.

Reasonably okay for the price, But…
PIR sensor only works for up to 2m, so had no option other than to install covering the doorway -shed is 5m x 5 m.
Assembly sketches don't reflect the actual appearance of the step main bits of kit. As a result it took me some time to figure out that the pieces had to be paired… locating the pairing buttons was a pain, but got there in the end.
Would have expected better for the money.

It is a very reliable product, but the lock is very weak. I had to upgrade a bit to use a more secure lock

Does exactly what I wanted it too do

I had a problem with a newly purchased security camera. It now transpires it is a problem with my Android phone and not the camrea at all. Ultrasecure sent a video to help me set the camera up but with the phone problem they offered a full refund. They cannot be faulted both in personal contact or service. Roy.

I could have done with instructions but found it on he web
