Hello, This is very (very) surprising because, for this product, we announce 18 months in a rather pessimistic manner, as customers have reported battery lives of several years... I had an old defective intercom and was looking for a more modern solution with cordless phones. I found this site after searching and contacted the technical service to explain my case. True professionals who guided me well on the board to choose. It was purchased and installed. Now the product is good but not extraordinary (the handsets discharge quite quickly for my taste, the board sometimes does not want to open remotely). Overall satisfied with my purchase anyway.

Easy to find the camera I need, but impossible to pay! The payment system does not work. I had to send the money by bank transfer. Also, their email is not configured correctly, so communication with customer service is not very easy. I cannot recommend them.

DREADFUL CHINESE INSTRUCTIONS ON SMALL BIT OF PAPER TRANSLATED SO DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND. I still don't know why my alarm won't flash when the sos button is pressed . I have to keep contacting this firm . The instructions don't tell you to remove rubber bung to access on switch but tell you to take clear cover off with loads of tiny screws . Might be a UK company but they are selling cheap Chinese rubbish alarms and I bought 2 !

Product and delivery all great.. as a DIYer the installation was a little trickier than expected due to narrow gaps around door and frame. This potential problem wasn't obvious to me from the limited instructions on line before ordering or with those that came with the product.
