1) the installation of the material can be optimized - depending on your environment, advice can be provided to improve detection, do not hesitate to send us photos and a layout diagram, we can guide you
2) possibly a manufacturing defect, this is still electronics - after seeing the various improvements in point 1, we can carry out an exchange if necessary, the material being of course under warranty.
In any case, it is out of the question for you to remain dissatisfied with your installation, we are here to guide you. Do not hesitate to contact our services as many times as necessary, we will help you improve your installation until your complete satisfaction.
