There is a serious problem with the gate control combined.
Indeed, it turns off every time it is charging which forces one to press a button (which takes some time) to turn it back on and of course to be continuously attentive to the charge indicator bars.
No, it's not fatal but... there you go!
Otherwise, the rest works very well.

Indeed, after consulting your file, I can see these two problems encountered, sorry for that.
The batteries are elements that we cannot test with each shipment. In batches, from time to time, a battery may be defective. I see the return of yours which was, as well as its replacement with a new one.
However, regarding the detector, these elements are tested (and even paired) before shipment, there must have been a problem during transport unfortunately. I confirm the warranty replacement that has been shipped today, you should receive it within 48 hours. If necessary, do not hesitate to come back to us for pairing.
