Good product overall but in my last order:
- One detector out of three does not work well
- One battery out of three out of service (completely drained)

Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)
Dear customer,
Indeed, after consulting your file, I can see these two problems encountered, sorry for that.
The batteries are elements that we cannot test with each shipment. In batches, from time to time, a battery may be defective. I see the return of yours which was, as well as its replacement with a new one.
However, regarding the detector, these elements are tested (and even paired) before shipment, there must have been a problem during transport unfortunately. I confirm the warranty replacement that has been shipped today, you should receive it within 48 hours. If necessary, do not hesitate to come back to us for pairing.
Please excuse us for the inconveniences suffered, I hope you will still be satisfied with our services. I will gladly send you a discount voucher for your next order via email, also to thank you for your loyalty.
Best regards,
Christopher

simple alarm systems, inexpensive, and, thanks to the siren located outside the house, may be more effective and deterrent than other systems that are significantly more expensive and unnecessarily complicated where the siren is located inside the house (which is stupid!).

Good value material, but the manufacturing is not always rigorous; fortunately with persistence, we get the product exchanged and it works in the end.

Hello, Sorry for this, it is true that you had a very particular problem (never seen with us) that we had difficulty identifying. Glad that the exchanged material works correctly, and we remain at your disposal if necessary. Best regards, Christopher securitemarche.fr

order, delivery time, delivery very good. Regarding the product, the communication distance between the button and the bell which was 80 meters with obstacles is not verified. I have 25 meters and few obstacles. and the operation is random.

Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)
Hello, This is not normal regarding the distances mentioned. It all depends on the obstacles encountered, even if there are few... the type of house walls, pillars, metallic elements, other wireless signals, everything can play a role. It may also come from a battery delivered that is unfortunately too weak and therefore provides a shorter range. Did the second button react the same way? In any case, do not hesitate to contact our services, we will assist you during these different tests. Every problem has a solution, and I am sure we will find one. Best regards, Christopher securitemarche.fr
