I mistakenly ordered some incompatible sensors, but UltraSecure contacted me to verify precisely what I wanted. The sensors I actually needed were cheaper than the ones I'd bought and paid for. UltraSecure refunded the difference back to my credit card the next day. The whole order was dispatched and received within a couple of days. All of the sensors had already been paired with the control panel so installation was a simple process of fix it and switch it on!! A great job and I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.

Moreover, I see no exchange on your customer account with our services? Are you sure you haven't confused it with another merchant (this happens sometimes)? Hello, Please excuse us for this delay, independent of our will. Indeed, you placed your order on October 4th (7:57 AM), and the order was shipped by our service the same day (4:55 PM). It was at La Poste that things went wrong. Even if you are in Corsica, the delay should have been 3-4 days maximum, but it took 7 days to be delivered (message on the tracking: 'Your package cannot be delivered today, access to the delivery address being impossible. It will be re-delivered as soon as possible.'). Who knows. Unfortunately, even though we try to work as quickly as possible, we are necessarily tied to this carrier delay that we cannot control. According to your message, the rest is okay (products, etc.) which is ultimately the main thing. I remain at your disposal for any additional needs. Best regards,
