I bought an Ultralarm 3G with water sensors after having had a water leak that nearly flooded our downstairs. It is a well build piece of kit, easy to install and set up. Very load alarm so there is no chance of sleeping while the house is flooding. Really helpful technical support as well. Very pleased and would recommend the company and the Ultralarm.

Ordered a security post and extra base both came next day. Cannot fault the service or the quality of the company. I would definitely recommend ultra secure to friends and family if they needed any security devices.

Excellent service. I lost the remote control for my alarm system and telephoned the support line, a very helpful adviser told me exactly how to programme a replacement remote, so I ordered one from the website and it arrived the next morning, less than 24 hours later. Arrived promptly mostly set up, added phone number with help of utube hope it lasts as long as previous alarm which was built privately ( over 10 years ) as nothing which rang you and not just text was available. With a siren to take attention from PIR it should work well thank five stars all round

I bought a Red Shield system from them. The house we recently bought was burgled while we were sunning ourselves in Tenerife. There was a burglar alarm system but it was old and did not work. So I set about looking for a new system. However every system I looked at only alarmed once the robbers had broken in? That was no good to me because by now the damage would be done, the French windows smashed, the house open to the elements untill we return.
Tha'ts when I got on to Red Shield with it's outdoor sensors. I mounted one sensor to cover the French winows and one to cover the other back door and security light and since the system is wireless i'ts ideal, no need to run cables. We can now feel secure relaxing in the Canaries.

This is my third time I have ordered from them. I rang them up for some advice for a solution to what I required and they suggested a DA600 system. I ordered it online. It was dispatched promptly and i was kept informed through out. The instruction sheet that came in the box was adequate and could have been more descriptive but I was able to figure it out. My order was for one sensor and one receiver but found I needed a second receiver which again was dispatched quickly with good updates on the delivery.
I would recommend them and would purchase from them again.

Con: It would have been nice to have had the second PIR the same as the main one that came with the kit, which was better quality and more securely fitted to the wall.
