I have recently purchased a Battery GSM UltraDIAL Alarm with 2 x BT PIR's & Solar Siren. It arrived very well packaged and on time.
I had a couple of issues setting my alarm up due to not reading the instructions properly and contacted the technical department a couple of times. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and got me up and runing in no time at all.
Very satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

not particularly helpful pre purchase on the phone with reassurance and talking about setting up and deployment, but i went ahead and spent over £900 on a plug and play break beam system. have issues not being able to program the sim card myself and still not fixed. Eager to take my money, not so eager to fix my niggling problem. the system however is up and running and am happy with its function in our rural small holding

Dear Mr Fry
I am sorry if you feel our standards have dropped on this occasion, as you can see from our reviews the vast majority of customers are happy with us, but we apologize if we have made any mistakes on this occasion, it has been a difficult time recently with staff working remotely from home for obvious reasons. We are pleased you are now up and running.

Great little device, quick setup, no need for IT or electronic background for the setup, it's instant. I have a bell in the kitchen and one in the workshop, allowing me to leave the barrier open.

The presentation of products on the site is clear. My contact for advice understood my issue well. The delivery time was longer than I had anticipated (but perhaps due to COVID-19). However, I did not understand (or did not read) that the detectors are delivered without support and I am looking for solutions. For the detectors at the ends, I have ideas, but for the central detector, I will not be able to install it. I will use it elsewhere, for another purpose.

Very pleased with the product I bought from Ultrasecure. And the customer service was top-notch - the fastest reply to a query I've ever received!
The two parking posts I purchased are of top quality and look built to last. They arrived very quickly too, which was important as we were having a new driveway laid and needed the posts to arrive in good time so they could be cemented in place during the job.

FLASHING RED OR BLUE LED MAINS POWER FAILURE SYSTEM 008-1560 (RED)
The unit was as described and arrived promptly. It has now been installed and is working perfectly. It is on the outside of my garage, visible from the house and is to inform us if our freezer loses power. My criticisms of the unit are minor. the box is hung on four keyhole slots, one at each corner. When installed it can be lifted free and I was concerned that it might dislodge in strong winds. i have used cable ties to make it more secure. It would have been better to simply have screw holes. Also, the lead is very short making it necessary to have or install a power point very close inside. Since normally a small hole is used to transmit the lead, installation involved having to disconnect the cable inside the unit and reconnect it once both were in place. Otherwise a hole large enough for the transformer to pass is required.
Good unit, but a longer lead and maybe some easier disconnection!
Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)
Hello Malcolm, thank you for taking the time to do the review, we would normally recommend putting a washer over the screws when fitting the box which will secure the device in high winds, we use this type of box to make installation easier. With regards the power supply, we take on board your comments and will change the design to have longer leads which can be easily disconnected for the Installation.
Once again, thank you for your comments
