the manual is not very clear; Do we need to reset the receiver-transmitter duo every time we change the melody? At 400m apart it is not convenient!!! I don't dare to touch it.

Device easy to configure. Impeccable telephone assistance. It works well. We'll see over time if it works when there is a real power cut.

prompt delivery, good product, works at least 150 mtr, (more I haven't tried) before I had an EXTEL which according to the description should have worked at 500 mtr but at 50, with additional antenna it didn't work anymore.

Goods arrived earlier than expected. Instructions took a bit of working out, but a simple phone call and ultra secure gave me a lot of good advice, I will be using them again when I want to extend the alarm system.

Ordered 2 bollards with them with similar keys, expected 2 keys overall but actually got 2 per bollard which was even better than I thought, delivery didn't take more than 3 days, perfect communication with the emails of dispatching, good instructions with the bollards. Overall 10/10.
