Very serious company, good phone reception, responsive customer service, the products are of good quality/price ratio, and delivered very quickly. I just find it a shame that we cannot have customer reviews on the products, that is why I only give 4 stars.

Before I purchased my wireless color video door phone I telephoned as I had a few questions. I found the staff very helpful. After ordering online I was pleasantly surprised by how prompt the delivery was here to Ireland. One more phone call found the staff to be very courteous and helpful.10/10

very pleased with the alarm system. one thing, the dummy boxes are far more effective with their flashing blue lights. the actual alarm box slow flashing red light is not very visible and not a very good deterent.

Excellent pre sales advice and very speedy delivery within 2 days. However it took 3 deliveries to get the full order due to missing items. I received great follow up service when missing items were reported and was advised the 'problem' had been resolved. I would still recommend and will be ordering additional accessories shortly to expand the system
