DREADFUL CHINESE INSTRUCTIONS ON SMALL BIT OF PAPER TRANSLATED SO DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND. I still don't know why my alarm won't flash when the sos button is pressed . I have to keep contacting this firm . The instructions don't tell you to remove rubber bung to access on switch but tell you to take clear cover off with loads of tiny screws . Might be a UK company but they are selling cheap Chinese rubbish alarms and I bought 2 !

After browsing through the website and noticing the product I was interested in was out of stock I rang the contact number and given an alternative product that covered all my requirements. After ordering the product it arrived the following day on the free of charge standard delivery. Fantastic. The product looks sturdy and up to the job and from unboxing it, It was installed by myself and working in just over 1hour. In numerous tests all positive I now have piece of mind at night. Can't thank you guys enough delivering quality products at very competitive prices. Well done. Already recommending to family and friends.

The gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful, guiding me to an alarm and talking me through it. He answered all my questions and was very patient ad knowledgeable.
