- guide you to optimize your installation and possibly the settings of the device, often it doesn't take much and we have the necessary expertise to help
- your issues may simply be related to a technical problem, a material defect or other, in which case of course the product is guaranteed for 2 years
- depending on your need, we can opt for a product exchange, which would be more suitable
- in the worst case, we can simply refund you, which aims to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase
