What annoys me about Ultrasecure is..i have absolutely nothing to complain about. I cannot imagine a better service anywhere. I bought a system from them some years ago and had a few teething problems, not the system mine? However that did not really present any problems because you get on the phone and the tech guys at the other end will spend as long as it takes to get you up and running. All done with courtesy understanding and a friendly manner. Since then I had to renew one of my remotes, I phoned one day and it was delivered the next morning, again I had a little trouble and could not code it to the system only to find I had ordered the wrong part. Again the guys with there customary kind and very helpful manner sent me up the correct part which again I received the following morning....how good is that. I can honestly say when or if my alarm it has to be replaced I would not go anywhere else but UltraSecure. If you have basic DIY skills then go for it, do it yourself help if needed is only a call away. Thank you UltraSecure.

System was delivered very fast. Still not fully installed as yet but comments so far. No thought put into length of cable on panel trasformer (only approx. 1 metre long) options are to fit a socket higher up wall or extend cable so it will reach a practical height for the panel, it would cost almost nothing to supply with min 2 metre cable. I expect the same problem will be with alarm box transformer!!
Instructions are minimal in some cases do not cover all aspects of the equipment / installation. Overall product seems very good, pity about the minor irritations. will still use Ultra Secure again

Thank you for the honest review, the length of cable from the transformer is standard, although I do not disagree that we should ask the supplier to look at options about having a slightly longer one, I think the question would be how long should it be ?. As for the instructions we send out quick setup guide and our advice which we have made up, we also include the full A5 manual inside the box, together with actually pairing all the sensors to the panel for you before dispatching. We would appreciate your comments to what more we should have done for you, which will help us look into the future.

Helpful staff to advise me on the best product. Good delivery. Product works well. The small screws supplied to fit the units to the brackets were poor quality and the heads rounded out, so you may need to source replacement screws

Well laid out web site, clear and easy to use. Placed an order and it arrived in a couple of days, well packed and clearly labeled. I haven't fitted the product yet but the installation instructions seem clear. There was an issue with the padlock provided so I left a message on their chat line and voicemail and someone rang me back later. Turns out it was an incorrect size padlock, apologies made and accepted, another one was quickly sent to me. Good service. Thank you
