This is a well engineered unit that was well packaged and delivered promptly. The ground unit is galvanised (not just zinc plated) and allows for water to drain through the bottom. The pole has a tough black plastic coating and the whole unit feels robust. Being nit-picky, I would have preferred the option to have a higher visibility coloured pole (eg yellow or black/yellow stripe) but this would not stop me buying again.

Excellent service from start to finish, amazing customer service. Everyone has commented on how wonderful my wireless intercom ( which can be battery operated ) is and most are delivery drivers who see a lot of them. Would totally recommend product for people living in upstairs flat with no plug downstairs. And recommend the company as the best you can get. Ms S Brooks
