I had a problem with a newly purchased security camera. It now transpires it is a problem with my Android phone and not the camrea at all. Ultrasecure sent a video to help me set the camera up but with the phone problem they offered a full refund. They cannot be faulted both in personal contact or service. Roy.

We have tried to update many of our instruction manuals and set up guides to make the process easier (if possible, we do try to program kits and systems up for customers prior to despatch if we know the set up requirements), using QR codes, pictures and videos as well as re-writing some manuals and frequently asked questions sections on our Technical help pages on our website.
