The equipment arrived as ordered in very good time. Seems to be an excellent product but unfortunately as it is for a holiday home in France I will not get the chance to install it for a couple of months. I will say, however, that I was recommended to you by a French friend who used your subsidiary in Nantes and having seen his set up I decided to do the same thing myself.

I run a block of flats in Cambridge with the usual issues relating to pressures on parking spaces (potential commuter abuse of private spaces), and occasional visits by passers-by to dump large items in or by our bins. The solution was (dummy) CCTV and I found your website helpful, your products high-quality and competitively-priced, and your service prompt and efficient. Cameras now fitted and block security improved. In only hope none of theresidents asks to see the footage!

I ordered the GSM PIR alarm via Amazon fo next day over a week end and the roaming SIM direct both arrived as expected and easy to set up. The SIM registration is straight forward and everything was up and running quickly.

Excellent product and excellent service. I have had a GSM PIR system in my motorhome (complete with 2 x remote wire free internal sirens) for 7 years without a single false alarm and it has worked every time I walk tested it. Remote setting fob packed in last month so needed a new one. I was please that the new one was compatible with my old system as quite often these days systems are upgraded and not backward compatible. Had a few queries on learning the fob in and got knowledgeable answers straight away.
Highly recommended, 5 stars are not enough!!
