I bought the KP MON with 4 temp/hum probes. This material is 100% Chinese but seems reliable. I made technical remarks, but customer service doesn't seem to know the material too well. What a pity not to provide dedicated software! It makes things easier rather than programming by SMS. Also, by SMS you can't access everything. (example: exporting recorded data in CSV) gilles

Hello, Sorry for this feeling. It is true that the use of the software and PC configuration is reserved for advanced use, which our service cannot offer. Our customers generally seek an easy, turnkey solution, and therefore we limit to SMS configuration which allows a closed operating framework and avoids the creation of errors that are difficult to diagnose remotely. However, regarding the long-range video phone product, it's a pity that it is not full duplex and therefore requires pressing a button on the internal handset to talk (like a walkie-talkie), so the operation is not intuitive at all and poses problems with elderly people and children.
