Instruction sheets are confusing and lacking in important information. Equipment not value for money. Low battery indicator would be nice. Technical staff were helpful but if the instructions were better there would be no need to keep contacting them. I was planning on building a system over time with them and advising others in need of rural security to do so but feel unable to recommend Ultrasecure at this time. The equipment is expensive for the sheer lack of modern sophistication. The receiver loudspeaker is very poor and the technology appears to date from the 60"s

My order when it arrived was incorrect however I called and spoke to a very helpful person who checked my order and I received the correct order the next day. So very pleased with the final outcome.
