My order when it arrived was incorrect however I called and spoke to a very helpful person who checked my order and I received the correct order the next day. So very pleased with the final outcome.

Quality material in accordance with the description.
No operational issues
If I only gave 4 stars, it's because I find the siren a bit lacking in power.

Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)
Hello,
Thank you for your message and feedback.
Indeed, sound is always a bit subjective, depending on the customer; sometimes it's too loud, sometimes too quiet. In any case, I can confirm that, in this range, you can add a slave siren (or several) as needed. It's not so much the power of the siren that matters, but rather the direction. You will see a significant improvement.
I remain at your disposal if necessary.
Best regards,
Christopher

Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)
Hello,
Sorry for this feeling.
I see that you placed a first order of 3 copies in 2014 and then a new one recently. I don't quite understand this new order if the product is of poor quality? Did you notice a difference in quality between those from 2014 and the one from 2018?
Please do not hesitate to contact our services to resolve the encountered problem; we are here to avoid any inconvenience. Without contact, we unfortunately cannot help you.
Best regards,
Christopher

I have had to purchase a replacement control for my caravan alarm. The control is so poorly made it only lasted a couple of months before it started playing up. The support is non existent and only implies that it is the user that is not using the equipment correctly. I will not be recommending this product to any fellow caravaners. When the new control fails I will be buying another alarm from a credible supplier.
Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)
Dear Mr Marshall
Sorry the Remote Control failed, having checked the records the Alarm was over a year old when you replaced the remote control, we do not know when you first reported a problem. We do have an alternative Remote Control that works with your Alarm which may suit you more, the part number is 007-0660, we would be happy for you to send this new remote control back to us and we will upgrade you to this model.
We have sold about 5000 of these Alarms now, and many customers actually recommend friends to them, so most customers have been happy, but we never like any person being unhappy. Please check the alternative model out on our website, and feel free to take up our offer of this exchange.
I hope this helps
Regards
Mark

I received my order well, but it could not be delivered to the relay point, you sent it to the post office in Frangy, while in Seyssel the post office is next to the relay point. And in Frangy, the post office did not know where my order was. After searching, they sent me to Carrefour in Frangy.. I think this situation could be easily avoided. Regards.
