The product arrived very quickly and extremely well packed.
I was originally told that I couldn't add to our security system as the product I wanted was no longer made. However I found a second hand part which was just what I wanted, when browsing the website.
It was unfortunate that the member of staff to whom I spoke was not aware of this.
To be fair, they do not usually have second hand items.

Sorry for that, indeed it is not common for us to refund by check in Switzerland and my colleague must not have thought of the different currency. Can't your bank still cash and convert directly?
It was only about shipping costs so nothing very serious given the low amount. I think the simplest thing, if you can't cash it, is that we keep the amount to deduct from your next order. Obviously only if that suits you otherwise we will find a better solution.
