delivery within the deadlines
adjustment notice a bit 'light' especially for the sensitivity of the detector

Hello, On the 3 'U' received, one was defective and did not stand up completely. It is regrettable that the proper functioning of the products is not verified before shipment: quality control issue. Best regards. Annie EGGERMANN

Indeed, I am not very satisfied because you delivered to me on a Wednesday when I asked you not to deliver on Wednesday because the bakery was closed, happy coincidence that I passed by at that moment.

Good reception, problem resolution a bit long, very good contact with the person resolving the issue. I recommended your site to a friend (Mr. Bonnifay) for the same article. Good continuation.

Very good contacts. The ULTRACOM600 material has good performance (range, sound clarity). However, 2 returns were necessary: the first return due to the malfunction of the 12 volts external replaced by a 6 volts external power supply. However, this modification led to a malfunction of the microphone of the board, hence a second return for repair. Now everything is OK and the material works correctly. The relationship with the supplier has always been excellent.

good service and good material in principle; 3 defects however for the material: - ringtone volume not adjustable and not loud enough for large homes; - technical notice would benefit from being more developed (connections, usage limits (beyond the distance of 600m); - pairing button poorly located forcing the total removal of the street unit. otherwise technical service available and listening to you - immediate response

I bought various XL elements in 2013 to secure a house/land of 1000m; 1 year later I was able to order additional equipment and have a technician on the phone to advise me on programming the central unit.
