Very good service, very responsive company, good quality/price ratio. Good functioning. Two technical remarks: 1) The system does not signal that an opening is open when you want to set the alarm. You can therefore set the alarm while a door or window is open. 2) The system signals by SMS to the person who gave the 'armed or disarmed' order, but only to the person who performed the action. If two people have access to the alarm (common in a couple), the other does not know the state of the alarm. Would it be possible for the system to send an SMS to two or more phones of the action that has just been taken?

Alarm was shipped very promptly. Unfortunately, DPDs delivery was very poor resulting in lots of wasted time. Ultrasecure were very helpful and contacted DPD on my behalf albeit with limited effect. The alarm seems to be OK although the siren claims to be 130dB which you would expect to be literally painfully loud. When the siren sounds inside the vehicle, it does not seem loud at all - it would not be audible from my house about 25 metres away. However, the second siren situated in the house does make sufficient noise.

Navigation on site was easy and the packaging and delivery very good.
Setting up the 'sensor' and 'receiver' was straightforward.
2 problems: I ordered 2 sets of the system - with one set the receiver occasionally alarms but there is no one and nothing to be seen near the 'sensor'.
I suspect it may be set off by birds and I have moved the location of the sensor.
With both sets the volume of the receiver, though turned to full, cannot be heard if there is some background noise.
Apart from these I am quite pleased with the product.

Hello, I am sorry for this feeling. Indeed, the siren of these small cameras is not excessively powerful (only 75db). We do not recommend this use and prefer to advise a real alarm system for better control and deterrence. The cameras are rather made to perform a 'doubt lifting' (to check remotely what happens when your alarm goes off). I remain at your disposal if necessary. Everything was perfect. The people on the phone are attentive and super nice. The only downside is not being able to use the second remote control that I bought. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars. Fast delivery, in short, I recommend this store to everyone.

Thank you for the review and comment, we were using recycled internal packaging up to a few months ago, but our supplier like many others has (and is) experiencing terrible supply chain problems. We will for sure revert back to recycled packaging as soon as it is possible.

I would have given more stars if the circlips on the bottom of the post had been fitted correctly, it took a couple of minutes to work out why the pins were flopping about
