Hello, On the 3 'U' received, one was defective and did not stand up completely. It is regrettable that the proper functioning of the products is not verified before shipment: quality control issue. Best regards. Annie EGGERMANN

Indeed, I am not very satisfied because you delivered to me on a Wednesday when I asked you not to deliver on Wednesday because the bakery was closed, happy coincidence that I passed by at that moment.

We had to contact a technician for more information and each time they were very competent and attentive, nothing to say, top-notch, thanks to them, thank you also for your patience. Many sites know how to sell but after that, there is no one left, whereas here they are attentive to us and advise us very very well, thank you.

An anomaly: a zone composed of a door contact and a motion detector seems to pick up a pirate signal that causes a rapid permanent flashing of the concerned LED. It is necessary to cut the power to stop this. The operation of the system is not affected by this phenomenon. Do you have an explanation? The two systems I recently installed present the same anomaly. A similar installation from three or four years ago that I also did does not present this anomaly (the elements are the same, except for the power transformer).
