Ultra Secure consistently delivers promptly and reliably, with fast shipping and on-time or early delivery across multiple mentions. The product quality and ease of installation are highlighted by clear instructions, straightforward setup, and well-functioning devices such as intercoms and alarms that work effectively right away. Customer service is repeatedly praised for responsiveness, politeness, and helpful problem resolution, including prompt follow-ups and attentive assistance when issues arise. Teams are described as professional and knowledgeable, providing accurate advice and ensuring orders meet stated needs and specifications.
The devices seem to be of good quality, delivery is fast. However, the box arrived 'dented' and the magnet for the opening detector was missing.

Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)
Hello, Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We strive to properly package orders and all packages leave in perfect condition, unfortunately, along the way they may take some hits. You should definitely refuse the package if it is in too bad a condition (although the products inside are also protected, so it is very rare for there to be actual breakage). After checking, you did not order an opening detector. As a reminder, here is what your order contains: 1x 3G Motion Detector 1x Additional Motion Detector 1x Remote Control 1x Standalone Keyboard This explains why you did not receive a magnet. Remaining at your disposal. Best regards, Christopher / securitemarche.fr

On the site, the product specifications mention 12 to 18 months of battery life with LR14 batteries. I had to change them after 6 months. Unfortunately, performance is three times lower than stated.

Hello, This is very (very) surprising because, for this product, we announce 18 months in a rather pessimistic manner, as customers have reported battery lives of several years... There must be an explanation for this, otherwise your product could be defective. I will ask our customer service to call you back to discuss. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Best regards, Christopher / securitemarche.fr
