Order delivered on time, product well packaged. Product installed and provided complete satisfaction for about 1 month. Breakdown and return of the product with a return slip and sending a new detector. Customer service worked well and the staff on the phone were very friendly. Perfect.

One of the best on-line companies that i have dealt with. I wasn't spending a lot of money but they provided technical support and guidance on products (several times) and have even offered to wire up and prepare some components before sending them out. Really pleasant to deal with. Although I haven't fitted the system yet it appear to be exactly as described and good value - thanks
