Installation procedure not clear

The solar motion detector models and owl chime receivers have changed since 2023. No information on this subject on the site. A small compatibility table with the old models would be welcome for those who are upgrading their installation or who want to replace one of the elements.

Correct and fast delivery. However, I received the alarm bracelet apparently with very weak batteries, so I have to buy new batteries.

I wanted an ultrapir, but you removed it from the catalog. I mistakenly bought the ultra secure which looks like it. I returned it, and I am waiting to be refunded.

Very good site but for the alarm the sound level is very very far from what was announced in no way deterrent money spent for nothing

Fast shipping, however the remote controls do not work very well and the detectors do not always communicate properly with each other, especially if several walls separate them (regardless of the distance which is a maximum of 20 m. However, the detectors taken individually work well.

Good material, good transmitter/receiver transmission. It's a pity that the sensor is not equipped with a photovoltaic cell. And that it does not filter out the spiders that make their webs and the birds.

Remote control problem

Ordered a new set of driveway sensor packs but I like the older models better! They had just a couple of chimes to choose from the newer plug in designs have ridiculous chimes ,they do get quite annoying, still a good idea though, best ones around for garden alerts!

As i have not had the time to fit it yet i cannot give my review.

would like the alarm to activate quicker without delay when activated. delay time in activating is ok.

Overall, rather satisfied with my order, delivery ok, correct product but it's a shame to have several types of batteries for each device. The presence detector takes too long to detect. The price is quite high

I found the instructions for installation of my purchase both confusing and difficult to understand

The range is shorter than claimed. The default sound needs to be dog barking but it is door bell. So if the electricity is briefly off when away, it will go back to door bell and defeat the purpose. The dog sound is okay

Impeccable package, easy to use. Perfect phone reception. Self-adhesive labels are not great as they need to be applied from the inside and I worry about the caravan windows which are plexiglass. Risk of amalgamation with heat. So disappointed on that side. We are looking for other labels, so not cool.

Very good alarm, too bad the remote control is fragile.

The recordings are made after the action, and the vehicle detection deactivation does not work.

Mixed review for me... Where are the 130Db claimed on the site?... The phone call trigger after the alarm is way too long... The alarm deactivation button on the remote control is starting to have an intermittent contact.

For the ordering and delivery part: nothing to say.
For the ordered item, namely a senior watch, I am more mixed because it does not hold the battery, it was flashing all day very brightly. Following your recommendations, it no longer flashes at all. But it's still very average.

Since I use the alarm in Belgium, I do not always receive calls during an intrusion

Hello, I still haven't been able to operate the devices (alarm with telephone alert call) because the pin code of the sim card needs to be deactivated. However, since this sim card is a mini sim, it's impossible to find a smartphone that accepts it to carry out the procedure, it's outdated. I am with Free and there is no way to deactivate it with them, nor in store. No pre-cut cards with them... in short, it's a hassle.

Alarm bell too weak!!!!!!!!

quick delivery, order in accordance.
Two remarks following my two orders on the site:
support for the modules a bit fragile,
difficult in some cases to lock them in the desired position (the ball joint locking is a bit light)
screws for fixing the modules to the base are not of good quality (the head of one is completely broken ..) and a slightly larger diameter would be more appropriate

No documentation with the material. I had to call twice to get it by email and therefore print it myself.

In terms of the order and delivery, it's very good, but the wireless doorbell system turned out to be defective and its operation intermittent. On my side, I had diagnosed that the magnetic contact was the cause but the technician from Ultra Secure requested the complete return of the system for testing and after a few days sent me back the whole thing claiming that he had not noticed anything abnormal.
Of course, I reassembled the whole thing and after only 1 day the failure reappeared. The technician again asked me to return the contact alone and sent me a new one, since then the doorbell works without any problems.
The complete kit cost about 100 €, I find that from my first request ULTRA SECURE should have sent me a new kit which would have saved me several disassemblies and numerous steps.

The product did not exactly meet my expectations

Good reception but the information on the products could be more precise, which in my opinion would have avoided me some rather unpleasant surprises
I am not very unhappy, but I think my experience could have been much better
