Very serious site, the person who answers the phone knows very well what they are selling, bravo and thank you again.
Regarding the material, perfect, the only small complaint is that the remote control for turning off the alarm or starting it has buttons that are too soft, be careful not to turn off the alarm when putting it in your pocket.

I appreciated the welcome and professionalism of the person who responded. However, the equipment I purchased has problems with assembly regarding the size of the screws and the diameter of the holes that accommodate the screws.

Excellent DVR and easy to set up although would have been appreciated if the listing explained the hard drive needed fitting. but not a problem. instructions needed to be in bigger print as found it difficult to read. but overall a good product and value for money.
