I appreciate and have appreciated the interlocutors I had for requests for information and purchasing advice for your products and I am very satisfied with the operation of my control panel and the various intrusion detection elements. Thank you (I specify that I have no connection with the staff and management of this company) Thank you Sincere Regards

Simple and sturdy material. A suggestion would be nice to be able to return the bell (rather than throwing it away) for refurbishment.

After leaving an inquiry email on the site, a technician called me back to provide the correct reference and then sent me an order to validate via email. Package received very quickly, with tracking, very reasonable price, and assembly instructions included, which is reassuring to avoid mistakes with the many references! I am extremely satisfied with how my purchase went with this site as it is serious and very professional.
