Compliant in all respects ... Good packaging, delivery within deadlines... I think, however, that 11.80 euros for an additional remote control is a bit excessive.. I didn't quite understand either why we are presented with the order by infrared, when it works at a distance (great by the way) without aiming at the central unit and even through a door (not a criticism because that's all the better)

The alarm is fit for purpose. I work shifts so am in and out of my garage in the early hours every day. The remote control was configured by ultra secure before arrival (thank you), and makes it easy to turn the alarm on or off. The repeater siren in the house ensures that I can hear the alarm and won't sleep through it should it activate. Excellent delivery/service all round

Excellent service, clear instructions and I managed to fit it myself. I'm a middle aged woman with no experience, but common sense .Please don't address your instruction letter to "Dear Sirs" from no on!

Excellent service, fast delivery though would have settled for less fast delivery if free delivery. Not an issue but would have liked the option. Product quality good
