The UltraSecure site is easy to navigate, with a wide range of products available. I did phone the company before placing my order to discuss my specific requirements and the staff were very helpful. My order was delivered swiftly and in fact it arrived sooner than was expected.

Easy to order

dealing with UltraSecure is fine but the standard of the product has fallen .It could be that this product is now produced by a different manufacturer and there is no quality control. I say this as the unit I have just purchased sounds like a cat being strangled .

We have used UltraSecure Direct in the past and their products have always been excelent. Their website is easy to use and the product I was looking for was easy to find. It arived quickly and I was easily able to track its progress.

This suppliers website is so easy to navigate with plenty of choice items, my order of cctv 1 camera and 7inch monitor is very good quality and so easy to set up,reasonable price and excellent delivery service.

I purchased a BT Wireless Door Alarm & Internal Siren (battery powered) for an outbuilding. The system arrived very quickly and was set up ready to install. The door is about 25m from the house and the siren and the remote control are in the house. It is a very good system for a reasonable price and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple to install door alarm.

Serious company with excellent support and available advisors.
However, there is a lack of a customer area with order tracking and history; you place an order but without creating an account, which is surprising nowadays. But this does not prevent excellent tracking at the delivery level and ultra-fast delivery.
Regarding the equipment, I am talking about a specific range and do not question the quality of the other materials they sell. It concerns the Ultrapir range; remote control too sensitive (do not put it in your pocket) + poor contact at the battery level on some remotes + the supports for the detectors are of mediocre quality, unsuitable for the weight of the detector (too bad, this was already the case in 2016, during my previous order, and it has not been corrected). Otherwise, in terms of operation and detection, nothing to complain about, and that is the main thing.
But overall, it is a serious and trustworthy company that I highly recommend.
